Ever wonder what it was
like during the days of the Old West? Well, here's your chance to find out! Boot Hill, located in Vega, Texas, transports
you back to the late 1800s. It's a tribute in its own right to a town once called Tascosa, located just north of Boot
Hill. At Boot Hill you will experience the tastes, decor and sounds as those did in the past. Upon arrival to
Boot Hill you will be amazed by the gas lanterns that light the entire exterior of this Old West saloon. As you
enter through the parlor entrance or the HogTown Saloon entrance, you will be greeted by dance hall girls and cowboys. Heavy
velvet drapes, beautiful wood detail and exposed brick are just a few details that will help transport you
back to the days of the Old West saloon.
Boot Hill is owned an operated by
Food Network personality Rory Schepisi of the hit show "The Next Food Network Star." Rory, a graduate of the acclaimed
Culinary Institute of America located in New York, uses her skills and imagination to bring you dishes that will awaken your
taste buds. Rory and her crew developed a menu that ranges from family-friendly dishes to cuisine that you will only get at
top steak houses.
